Process

The air tightness detector is a gas booster pump with a boost ratio of 40:1, and its power source is 0.3-0.8mpa compressed air of the air compressor, rated output pressure is 12-32mpa.The device is equipped with a manual pressure regulating valve. By adjusting the driving pressure of the booster pump, the pressure of the high-pressure gas output of the booster pump can be adjusted step by step. The outlet is connected with a 3-meter high-pressure pressure measuring hose.The device is mainly produced according to GB/ t18437-2001 international 5.2.2.8 pressure testing platform.The device can be used for the pressure test of the refit pipeline of CNG automobile. It USES the gas booster pump with a pressurization ratio of 40:1 produced by our company to drive the compressed air with a pressure of 0.3-0.8mpa to produce the high-pressure gas of 12-2mpa.
